All designs, proofs, mockups, and concepts must be reviewed and approved by the customer before production. Once you approve a design, you accept full responsibility for accuracy, including spelling, colors, dimensions, and layout.

3. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations after:

• A design has been started,
• A proof has been approved, or
• Production has begun.
• Due to the customized nature of our work, each order is made specifically for the customer and cannot be resold or reversed.

4. Turnaround Time

Estimated turnaround times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to workload, material availability, communication delays, shipping carriers, or other factors outside our control.

5. Shipping & Delivery

If shipping is required:

• We are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by shipping carriers.
• Once an order leaves our facility, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
• Any shipping claims must be filed directly with the carrier.

6. Not Responsible for Damages

• We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to:
• Installation errors
• Misuse or improper handling
• Environmental conditions (weather, heat, cold, sunlight, etc.)
• Surface incompatibility for decals, wraps, or graphics
• Damage caused during shipping or third-party installation
• Customers are responsible for understanding proper usage and installation requirements.

7. Revisions & Additional Costs

Revisions outside the agreed project scope may incur additional fees.
Changes requested after approval or after production begins may not be possible.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork created by us remains our intellectual property unless a separate written agreement transfers ownership.
You may not reproduce, resell, or modify our artwork without permission.

If you provide artwork, you confirm you own the rights or have permission to use it.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product in question.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
